I tried to generate a video (1010 characters only) with a puppets sample. The process has been running for several hours already (almost 4 hours!!). Impossible to stop, impossible to get the final video. Very frustrating application since I bought it. Servers congested? We'll have to resize them then, or the clients will leave as they go along.... What do you intend to do to find a solution to this problem?
