I see things haven't changed much. I got a video hung up, as has been in times past. This platform had so much promise, but it seems to not be living up to it.

Hello, Since yesterday I can not generate video. I received an error message like in this screenshut Thanks for your help.

I paid to upgrade but cannot access any more audio or puppet generations. I am locked out essentially of continuing with my project.

Please check. Something is wrong when the generated video takes a very long time, and it only shows "Queued" but without a result.

Normally animations are rendered at 30 frames per second. Now it is rendering at 12 frames per second. Please help. Thanks : )
