I would like to use Puppetry to create nice animation for family and friends.
During testing some weeks ago, some small animations have been created for free
And I loved it, had some ideas what to create, therefore I joined on starter level
These "good old" times are gone, success rate right now is less than 20%
Most of the time, even first step, audio creation fails. No info why, sometimes a senseless message 30 minutes later
Sometimes I cannot even start main page, it expects me to join a contract first
Support for user is very poor, no feedback on bug reporting, no status of contract, etc. etc.
